In this course you will learn the exact steps that are required to overcome stage fright and performance anxiety. This course is not a motivational talk, however. It is not a subliminal strategy to boost your confidence level either. As a dancer and musician, who suffered from stage fright and performance anxiety for a very long time, I know that these strategies do not work because their results are only temporary. Yea, I tried all of them myself! In this course, you will get the actual steps that you need to take in order to overcome your stage fright and performance anxiety. These steps are based on scientific research used in behavioral therapy to treat patients with phobias. These exact same steps, helped me overcome stage fright and performance anxiety and actually do the show and play live, something I dreamed about for a very long time!

Simply lacking confidence and a stage fright are two completely different things. To overcome the second, it takes someone who actually knows how it feels to have stage fright and performance anxiety, and also, someone knowledgeable in psychology. Well, as a life coach, I have spent a fair share of time helping my clients overcome different barriers in life and being an artist myself, I enjoy helping other artists to overcome their fears and anxieties.

Here is how I look at it, if we have a fear, anxiety or stress regarding something... as long as this condition is not immobilizing and we can continue functioning and moving forward and progressing, it is all good, because we are in control. However, a lot of times these conditions stop as from achieving our goals. For me, the stage fright and performance anxiety prevented me for about 10 years to step on stage and do what I enjoy doing! 10 years! And as you have noticed, this course is not promising miracle results. I want to be as honest and authentic with you as possible. Overcoming stage fright and performance anxiety might take 3 months as it took for me, and it can also take years.
