The PDF is not TruePDF. Someone had converted it from the EPUB format. The typesetting isn't bad, but could be better (in terms of breaking up the sections in the book more judiciously).

I personally would like the TruePDF myself. If you find it later, PLEASE let me know!!

Or alternatively, if you could try yourself to do a conversion of the EPUB into PDF with a better typesetting, it would be much appreciated.
