marquard Yes effectivness is the whole idea. Reward what works, encourage help attempts. Thanks for letting me/us know of a good way to acknowledge with the "request solved" advice. Reciprocity breeds reciprocity.
You've also got a point with the uncapped number of request potential issue. Thanks for pointing that out!
Easy solution would be putting a 1 for 1 cap plus a time window (same a previous example to [Login to see the link] observation):
As an alternative, put a expiration timer to the request passed which the requester can request again.
let say the uploader posts a request but after 1 week (or more or less) no valid upload links have been shared.
Then allowing the uploader to post 1 more request (1 request not answered in the given time = 1 more request available in the count).
