(note - I have no affiliations to any software mentioned below --
I'm only offering a solution that seems to work for me
Also, I'm grateful for the Cloudflare protection on SA to help keep the site up and running
very robustly -- seems like it's been several years since a major domain change was required!)
I'm in USA, and just 2 weeks ago I had the Cloudflare issue whilst traveling
and using SurfShark VPN in Chrome browser over wireless hotel internet connections.
I searched and decided to try "Privacy Pass" chrome extension :

Privacy Pass only gets 2.5 stars --
my impression is that some people couldn't really figure out HOW to configure it --
There are multiple YouTube videos showing how to configure it --
pick one or several to watch/study, then you'll go thru a couple steps and be done.
Privacy Pass basically answers the Captcha questions and then stores TOKENS
(similar to COOKIES) in your cache memory --
these TOKENS are then presented to Cloudflare,
and auto-magically answer the challenge.
After multiple computer restarts, TOKENS are eventually used up,
and you'll need to 'prime the pump' again by answering Cloudflare Captcha again --
I can't say how long the tokens last, b/c I still show tokens available to be used.
** If you clear your History/Cookies, etc., then obviously you'll delete the TOKENS
and will have to answer the Captcha again to regenerate TOKENS.
I experienced maybe a 1 - 2 second delay upon opening new pages on SA --
so Privacy Pass helped tremendously.
