This site only works because people help each other.
This isn't the best site for people whose primary objective is how frequently they can "bump" theirs requests.
This site is about ...karma... and people helping each other.
Instead of asking "how often can I bump" -- the best question to ask is "how can I be part of the community". Because it's people like YOU that fill OTHER PEOPLE's requests.
If people like YOU are not interested in helping OTHER PEOPLE ... then no requests would ever be filled.
