The users have to help in any way that can lead to solve an other users request. In detail: they have to help 1 time for every 5 own requests. If a user requests more than 5 (in total) and does not help 1 time than all of his new requests will be closed. 10 requests mean 2 times help.15 requests mean 3 times help... and so on...

This is the best that I can do, note that the course is 100% complete however is SD not HD quality therefore the size is reduced in half. Hope it helps.

discus89 thank you for trying to help, Sorry, the content inside clearly different from the homepage link, that i posted. But i'm curious, where do you actually got that file, it is from 2009... Thats even older than the one that i requested for update.
