Squirming octopus tentacles bathed in a freshly stirred up hot, gloopy batter. Cooked, then rotated over again to the other side. Formed as fried balls, always served in pairs. Garnished with seaweed strips and doused with mayonnaise. Almost as enjoyable as watching the skilled cook prepare a hundred of these on the skillet .
Just one of those great street foods to enjoy with a cool beer on a summer afternoon.
