Help.. any idea for software that calculate expenses in appartments?

Good afternoon everyone!
Our manager in the building i live die and nobody want to take the responsibility to run the calculations about monthly bills, power, water ect that are common for the building... (sorry but my English are not the best and dont know if there is a term for this software so i just try to describe)
They suggest me to do this but as far as i know there is a program you put the bill costs and calculate the percent of the cost every apartment must pay. we are just 8 so if we hire a company to calculate it and print the report will be a lot... (already 3 own money so we will be in worst senario with the extra cost).
Question: any idea for a free program that can do this calculation or something affordable so i can make a search?

Just use excel...

A hand-held calculator is useful. It requires paper such as a writing pad or notebook, and a pen. There are digital versions of calculators on computers. Make lists. Do the math.

Or you can use a spreadsheet such as MS Excel. A spreadsheet requires functions that do the math automatically.

Depending where you are and how much you want to spend

Though propertyhawk, landlordvision, and rentila are also pretty decent.

It all comes down to how complex your situation is. If it's simply tallying costs, then Excel is good enough.

Also, it may be time to bring in a external company to do it all instead - like I do.
