Own voice synth software for offline usage

Do you know of any offline Windows apps with which you can synth your own voice without needing to upload samples online ? I know there is Vocaloid6 but is there anything else you are aware of ?

I am looking for an alternative to Vocaloid. I want to synth my voice (and my elder's voices) for my young ones, without giving them deliberately to any corporation, or AI company. Once you upload samples on any voice synth site, you automatically approve, agree and accept to give them your voice/s. It's ... bad.
That's why I'm seeking ways to do it offline, as far as it's still possible.

Resurrector If you're willing to put in the work and create your own voicebanks, I believe UTAU is the solution. It'll be a lot of work if you've never done it before. There are some tutorials on Youtube, but mostly for Japanese as UTAU is mainly for anime type songs. There are some tutorials for English as well. Here's a relatively old tutorial series I found. It should give you an idea about what to expect.

This one is a newer tutorial which explains different types of voicebanks as well.
