For circumventing DRM I heard good things about Tubedigger as well as StreamFab, Katomart and other tools but haven't tested them yet mainly because jdownloader suits my needs.
Keep in mind in regard to DRM you are dealing with Widevine L3 encoding that most sites are using, there are different methods for extracting the key.

note that I'm not using jdownloader with udemy atm, however advanced users can install plugins on jdownloader settings even mod them if you have the required skills.

Using Jdownloader, I have downloaded Udemy tutorials. Not sure about DRM enabled courses.
Have also used [Login to see the link] to download Udemy courses.
Even they have an open issue to download DRM enabled videos.
