Rules
The offer must include the size of the transfer and specify the host. If it includes two hosts, it shall specify the size for each of them separately.
At the same time there can be open only one offer (don't help) and one unfulfilled request from a user with TL1 or higher.TL0 users request can be fulfilled only if there was no request from a user with higher TL. Requests from TL0 users with an account created less than a month ago should not be implemented at all. It means that can be unfulfilled request from TL0 user and user with higher TL, but unfulfilled request from TL1 user and TL4 user cannot be simultaneously.
The transfer request can only appear after the opening of the offer.
The transfer giver only fulfills requests that comply with the rules, that is, verifies their correctness.
The offeror undertakes to complete the offered transfer.
In the event that the person offering the transfer is unable to complete or close the offer for any reason despite the unfulfilled request, his/her offer will be closed after week of his/her inactivity, and the requester will be able to renew the request once a new offer is available.In this case, the author of the unfulfilled request can close the offer.
At any time the offer can be closed by the author of the offer.
Fulfillment of the request involves downloading files from the links in the post to which the request relates, uploading them to a free server and sending links to the files on the free server in a private message to the requester. In the thread, the donor only reports that the request has been fulfilled and how much transfer is left to use.
